GNSS and real-time data systems engineer specialising in designing and deploying production-grade infrastructure on AWS, with a focus on streaming pipelines, positioning systems, and operational reliability.

Luke works end-to-end across real-time data systems – from ingestion and validation through to processing, broadcast, and monitoring – building low-latency, high-availability pipelines used in live production environments.

Recent work includes delivering PPP-AR augmentation rebroadcast systems, incorporating RTCM/SSR ingestion, integrity monitoring, real-time streaming, and NTRIP-based delivery, alongside infrastructure-as-code deployments using Terraform.

With a background in mathematics and 5+ years across GNSS, cloud infrastructure, and data engineering, he focuses on building systems that operate reliably under real-world constraints such as latency, accuracy, and uptime.

His experience spans commercial and research environments including CHC Navigation, DDK Positioning, and Imperial College London.
