AnalyticsForest is a directory platform and does not independently verify the identity, legitimacy, accuracy, or credentials of any user, business, freelancer, recruiter, or job poster.

All listings, profiles, and job postings are user-generated. You acknowledge and agree that:

AnalyticsForest does not vet, audit, or background-check users
AnalyticsForest does not guarantee the truthfulness or completeness of any listing
You are solely responsible for conducting your own due diligence
Any interactions, agreements, contracts, or engagements you enter into are entirely at your own risk

AnalyticsForest is not responsible for:

hiring decisions
financial loss
reputational harm
disputes between users
outcomes of engagements facilitated through the platform

You agree that AnalyticsForest provides a publication platform only, and assumes no liability for user behaviour or user-created content.

Service Availability & Changes

AnalyticsForest is provided on an “as available” basis. While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

You acknowledge that:

the platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, hosting outages, or technical issues
we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time
we are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or service interruptions

No uptime guarantees or service-level agreements (SLAs) are provided unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Refunds, Cancellations & Billing Disputes

Payments for premium listings, subscriptions, bundles, or upgrades are final unless otherwise required by law.

Premium plans, featured listings, and bundle purchases are non-refundable once activated
Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation prevents future billing, not refunds for past payments
Any billing dispute must be reported within 30 days

Digital services provided immediately after purchase may be exempt from cooling-off rights under UK and EU consumer regulations.

Auto-Renewal Terms

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorise AnalyticsForest to charge your payment method automatically at the stated renewal intervals until cancelled.

Customers will be notified via email prior to material pricing changes. You may cancel renewal at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting us.

User Generated Content

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to submit the content you upload. You agree that you are solely responsible for any claims arising from the content you provide.

Platform Role Disclaimer

AnalyticsForest functions solely as a directory and job publishing platform and does not act as an employer, agent, or recruiter for the purposes of user-generated listings, job posts, or interactions between users.

Optional Recruitment Services

AnalyticsForest may offer separate, optional recruitment or talent-matching services under a distinct written agreement. These services are not included within the standard platform functionality and are governed by their own terms, fees, and obligations.

Analytics Forest may create basic listings for businesses using publicly available information, including (but not limited to) company names, websites, industries, services, and locations. This information is sourced from public websites, open directories, and other publicly accessible records.

If your business appears on Analytics Forest, it simply means we have created a placeholder profile to help grow the accuracy and usefulness of the platform. No paid features, private information, or sensitive data are added without your consent.

Claiming Your Listing
All businesses have the right to claim their listing at any time. Once claimed, the owner or authorised representative may update, correct, or request removal of the listing.

Requesting Removal or Edits
If a business does not wish to appear on Analytics Forest, or if any public information is inaccurate, you may request changes or removal by contacting us at: info@analyticsforest.com.

Purpose
The purpose of creating unclaimed listings is to ensure the directory remains complete, accurate, and useful for users searching for analytics services, talent, and expertise.

User Accounts
