Additional Platform-Specific Rules for AnalyticsForest

To ensure the integrity, safety, and accuracy of the AnalyticsForest directory and jobs platform, the following additional rules apply in addition to all responsibilities outlined above:

Listings, Profiles & User-Generated Content (UGC)

AnalyticsForest allows users to create business listings, freelancer profiles, recruiter profiles, and job postings.
To protect platform quality and user trust, you must NOT upload or submit:

A. Misleading or Fraudulent Listings

This includes, but is not limited to:

Fake companies, fake recruiters, or fake consultants
Listings for businesses you do not own or represent
Fabricated qualifications, case studies, or experience
Plagiarised or scraped content copied from other directories
AI-generated listings that contain inaccurate or unverifiable claims

You are solely responsible for ensuring all information you provide is truthful, current, and lawful.

B. Harmful, Inaccurate, or Unsafe Job Postings

You must not:

Post job roles that do not exist
Post misleading, deceptive, or “bait-and-switch” job listings
Link to external job posting funnels designed to harvest personal data
Include links that contain malware, tracking exploits, or unsafe redirects

AnalyticsForest may remove any job posting that appears fraudulent, misleading, or harmful.

C. Reviews and Ratings

When using any review or rating functionality within the platform, you must NOT:

Submit fake reviews
Manipulate ratings (positively or negatively)
Coordinate review bombs or review campaigns
Engage in harassment, extortion, or threats relating to reviews

AnalyticsForest reserves the right to remove any review without notice.

Data Scraping, Automation, and Extraction

Users must NOT:

Scrape, crawl, mine, or harvest data from the AnalyticsForest website
Use bots to extract listings, job posts, or profiles
Replicate or duplicate the structure, contents, or data of AnalyticsForest
Circumvent rate limits or platform protections
Use our data to build a competing analytics directory or marketplace

Any unauthorised extraction of profile data, listings, or reviews is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Use of Embedded Content or Scripts

User-generated content must NOT contain:

Hidden redirect scripts
Iframes that execute malicious or unauthorised code
Third-party scripts that track users without consent
Embedded content designed to bypass our cookie or consent systems

Where possible, AnalyticsForest automatically blocks unsafe embeds until the user consents.

Impersonation and Misuse of AnalyticsForest Branding

You may NOT:

Claim official affiliation with AnalyticsForest unless explicitly granted
Use our branding, trademarks, or logo without permission
Represent yourself as an AnalyticsForest employee, partner, auditor, or agent
Use our platform content to mislead, defraud, or gain unearned trust

Any fraudulent misuse of our brand may result in legal action.

AI-Generated Content Requirements

AI-generated content (e.g., listing descriptions, bios) must:

Be factually accurate
Not impersonate individuals or companies
Not include invented metrics, stats, or fake case studies
Not be used to mass-generate spam listings or junk profiles

AnalyticsForest may remove any AI-generated content deemed misleading or low-quality.

Account Termination for Platform Abuse

AnalyticsForest reserves the right to:

Remove any listing, job posting, review, or profile without prior notice
Suspend or terminate any account that violates this policy
Block IPs, devices, or email addresses associated with abuse
Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities

These actions may be taken even if the violation is not explicitly listed in this policy.
